I made an order with Zendy who first claims to be sales manager of a company in Chongqing called Perfect Solution Enterprise. (See the proforma invoices that he sent to me) He took 60% of the amount but never sent my packages. After 3 days he claimed his boss called Meng Jiao Guo (see Western Union receipt) locked the packages with EMS and refused to show the tracking number. He said he already sent the packages but when I asked him to show me the receipt he quickly filled out new ones that were not even stamped by the post office and one of them didn't even match the tracking numbers that he emailed to me. He tried to blackmail me to send him more money or else he would not reveal the tracking number on the EMS website and would tell EMS to call back the packages after he had first agreed to receive 40% of the amount upon receipt of the goods. I asked about EMS and they do not offer this kind of "locking" service or 'call back service' which means once the packages are sent they are sent and cannot be recalled or locked. I tried to give him a second chance stating that he could only send me a smaller quantity of the goods instead but then he wanted me to deposit another 40 USD for shipping costs when he first promised the shipping would be included. After I refused to send him more money he promised he would cancel the order and refund my money a total of 800 USD. Until now I have not received any funds in return and he has not replied to my email and blocked me from his MSN account. He has basically disappeared with my money. His IP address reveals he is actually in Fujian and not in Chongqing. (you can see this in the header of the emails) After signing up with another MSN address, (Jones) he identified the true company he works for as 53 Shopping in Fujian. http://www1.tradekey.com/index.html?action=profile_view&uid=1274449 The owner of this company, Micheal James has confirmed that he works with them. This can all be seen in the documentation I've provided and the email/ MSN conversations that I've recorded. He is also working with a Kelly [email protected] who most likely is another one of their scammers. She also emailed me first stating she was from Perfect Solution Enterprise in Chongqing but later denied she knew this company. Both Kelly and Zendy have confirmed that Meng Jiao Guo (the person I sent the money to via WU) is their boss and Micheal James has confirmed that both Kelly and Zendy work at the 53 Shopping in Fujian.

This company has on its Sample Available section that they will provide a sample, I wrote to them seven times asking them for details on sample and they refuse to acknowledge. This is very discouraging.

this company pretends to be RuiZhi Trade Co, but are fraudsters/scammers. I approached RuiZhi Trade Co, and they have never heard of these people. please remove them

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! I ordered a bugaboo stroller, and the company sent two pairs of shoes and a fake iphone instead! I sent money western union First Name: Qingtong Last Name: Lin City: Putian Country: China I sent $350 for a bugaboo stoller. They did not send it, now wont contact me. The quality of the stuff they sent was not only not what I purchased but horrible knock offs!

i ordered iphone form this company and they assured it was real and authentic. When i received the FAKE iphone they never responded to emails. SCAM SCAM SCAM dont buy

Contact Seller Name: Micheal James Purchased 5 Apple iphones at the price of $1095usd including shipping. Seller assured me that I was purchasing legit Apple Iphones. He had sent me an email with information and pictures of what I would be buying. I recieved the phones on Monday March 17, 2008 and the phones I recieved were fake and nothing to the pictures he had sent via email. I have also attatched the email he had sent me along with pictures of the iphones he was selling me. Dear tradekey Feedback Department, I would like to thank you very much for advertising this great supplier. I received my shoes in a very timely manner and was very pleased. I ordered nine pair of shoes on Monday January 7, 2008 and was able to pick the shoes up from the post office within a week and three days. I live in Memphis, TN, so I was very pleased with the shipping. I will definietely be in contact with this supplier on a regular basis. This company is very professional and handles business with care. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good shoe supplier with a quality product.
