I paid 480USD for this through PayPal (unique transaction ID# 70D43465PY123321X). Seller sent the 3 number of fake Apple iphone( SCIPHONE) thru EMS(tracking number-EE108914015CN) . I informed to seller (Shirley) and she accepted her fault and told me return the item. Therefore, I have returned this replica iphone thru DHL(DHL Tracking number AWB -2765701724) on name :Fuxing Xu Room 402, B3 Building, KuoKou, Licheng,Putian City, Fujian, China 351100 . This address was given by sellers on e-mail and window live messenger. DHL tracking number (2765701724) shows item reached to the destination on 07.09.2010, but Seller informed me that item did not reached to him yet. I informed to DHL about this incidence and DHL informed me that item delivered to the destination correctly and handed over to XU GUI after direction of Fuxing Xu. I forwarded this dhl email to seller but still seller denied that he received the item. Seller given me a contact number-86-13338528590 but DHL and myself tried a lot contact seller to talk but this mobile number if always off. Now, Seller denied sending the correct item to me without receiving the fake item and DHL confirmed that he delivered the item at correct place after received instructions from consignee FUXING XU to deliver the shipment to XU GUI. Now Seller stopped communication and not responding. I believe Seller did fraud with me and not sending the correct item. It is preplanned and Seller intentionally send the fake item and cheated me.

I paid Hongkong Seven Stary a total of $530 U.S. dollars. The first payment was for $260 U.S. dollars and second payment of $270 U.S. dollars for two seperate shipments to my eBay customers. The first shipment was addressed to : Mr. Christian Bartolome 18269 Cherry St. Hesperia, CA 92345 United States. The second shipment was addressed to : Mr. Dmitry Barmenkov Krasnoproletarskaya str., 4 Moscow, Moscow 127006 Russia When I ask for the shipping Tracking number I was first given two FAKE UPS TRACKING NUMBERS H8751255317 and H8751255308. After waiting several days for these numbers to become live on the website I contacted Shirley XU again and she sent me an e-mail saying that the EXPRESS CARRIERED CHANGED SHIPPING CARRIER FROM UPS TO DHL. She gave me only new DHL Shipping Tracking #3826233902 this parcel arrived to my eBay customer Friday, September 11, 2010. WHEN MY CUSTOMER OPENED THE PACKAGE THEY RECEIVED A PAIR OF WHITE NIKE SNEAKERS INSTEAD OF an iPad 3G 64GB !!! After I contacted Shirly XU to notify her of what was delivered she has now disappeared! I am asking that you please assist me in pressing FRAUD CHARGES AGAINST HER and the HONGKONG SEVEN STAR CO. LTD. My eBay customer is outraged and has sent me several photos of the DHL Package which has UPS wrapping inside with the total contents of white Nike sneakers. I am confident after reviewing my customers photos that the sneakers were shipped to my customer on purpose. I am very UPSET AS THESE SCAMMERS MUST BE STOPPED, and legitmate Wholesale Trader and Distibution business MUST BE PROTECTED FROM THESE ACTS OF FRAUD. Hello. I have paid Hongkong Seven Star Co., Ltd (www.xabc6.com) $335 (paypal) for a Nikon D90 camera and was mistakenly sent a pair of shoes. I have been told if I send back the shoes they will send the camera. I wont to buy thousands of dollars worth of cameras but they wont deal with me because of a lousy pair of shoes. Where is the trust in that. I have even offered to pay for the shoes, and have contacted company several times today to try and resolve but this has happened to me before and I am finding it impossible to buy any cameras from China without being ripped off. So far I have lost over $5000 from over seven suppliers (most through Alibaba) and suspect this is now happening yet again. If you require more info please ask. Please reply Thank you Frank Rutten

First of all, the telephone number and fax number is out of order. How do you become a gold member and your information is not correct. Bought 2 apple ipod touch 64 gb. EXPLICITLY stated it must be Apple, they assured me it was. Received 32 gb. The first couple of minutes I was still happy. At least I received Ipod touch's instead of being completely scammed. If they were actual Ipod Touch's, even tho they were 32 gb instead of 64 gb it would of been ok. Even tho they had the Apple logo on them they were not Apple products. The back of the ipod was black instead of chrome. It did not have wifi. It did not work with itunes. It did not have the same functionality as the touch has. Even tho it does not work very well it has features the touch does not have, like radio, camera, and video camera. Has a "explorer", but this is not internet explorer, but directory of all files on the device. Under photos has 1 picture of a chinese girl They tell you you will be safe because they take paypal. But ask paypal, if you do not get what you pay for paypal will not intervene.
