i received a buy offer from this company in late december 2010. sounded like an honest and genuine reliable provider so i placed order and paid them early january 2011 (3jan to be exact) but the goods never arrive. then they claimed they were having custom problem and asked me to pay for the custom duty. i paid but till no shipment. then on 26jan they promised to resend the items and since i asked goods to be sent via dhl this time, asked for the difference. again i paid them. nevertheless the good still failed to arrive. i sent messages for the tracking numbers but they couldnt provide. todate, they have completely failed to respond to my messages and eventually, they stopped corresponding altogether since 17feb. i want a full refund! and i hope tradekey would be able to protect its buyers from unscrupulos sellers like this the contact person i dealt with was joan qian (the general manager).

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. THE WOMAN WHO CALLS HERSELF JOAN PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED ON HERE WITH THE SAME EXACT MESSAGE AS LINDA ZHOU. I SENT HER OVER 1500 USD FOR SAMPLES AND NEVER RECEIVED EVEN ONE. THEN SHE REFUSED TO REPLY TO MY EMAILS. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT MERCHANTS TRICKS.

This Company has still not returned my funds. They have stopped all communications as well. I have researched on your site and I am not the first people that they have done this to. Please help to see if you can get my money back. People like this give Tradekey a bad name. Thank you Tracy Howard

This company will tell you the Coach bags are 100% authentic but you'll never know because nothing will ever be sent. I paid for test of 3 bags then was told the next day "sorry our long term buyer just placed order and bought our stock, we will have Coach ship your order directly" later I got a message that said "so sorry coach said must be order of 13 bags or more, please order 10 more" I refused and was given the aol.com email from someone that was a buyer for them so I could see they were a real company. I emailed this person and got responce that you could tell was fake. Seller said if you're not happy I will refund your western union payment. I entertained the offer but knew it would never come. So far all I have received is lies from this company over and over. Company said they would ship me the 3 bags I paid for--nothing shipped Company said they would refund my money---nothing has been returned Company said they were the only Coach supplier in Shanghai--I called coach they said they do not deal with this company .......... Attached are my western union wire, email transaction & complaint that was made through the FBI cyber department, The last two attachments are in email form and must be read from bottom to top.

This company runs scams and Tradekey.com supports them and protects them. Joan Qian takes your money and refuse to send the bags or return your money. I placed an order for 7 bags at the agreed upon price. Once they received my money Joan refused to return my emails. When she did she said they were out of stock and couldn't file my order, but their headquarters could if I bought 10 bags and sent more money. If I refused to send more money they would not send me any bags and would not return my money. I have found out that Tradekey.com has had numerous complaints but they keep this company on the site and promotes them as a safe company to work with. Tradekey.com works with these companies to promote Wire Fraud and Bank Fraud, because they get a piece of the action from the companies. Everyone on this site is a scam and are protected by Tradekey.com.
