this supplier, especially ROSE, had stole my money during the transaction in Moneygram. My order is one sample of Apple Ipod Touch 16gb 2nd gen Brand New. right after i sent her my MTCN number, she logged out and received my money as Moneygram sent me the receiving money notice. i appeared offline to Rose ( [email protected]), for a purpose, when i say "hi" to her, she logged out and i already know this is a scam. THIS COMPANY "TRADE OFFER CO LTD" IS A BIG SCAM

My first experience in this endeavour has soured; the member I was dealing with, is a Gold Key member of Tradekey.com Details are as follows; Contact: Ms Rose Tang (CEO) Trade Offer CO, LTD Meiyuan, Putian, Fujian, China Zip/Postal 351100 Phone 86 594 3659256 Fax 86 594 3659256 What has happened so Far: After deciding only to select Goldkey members on Tradekey.com to help us sieve through 100’s of responses to our purchase request. The real frustration is trying to find a wholesaler on trade key that accepts Paypal. We just could not find one, For some reason we ended up selecting the Trade Key Co. Ltd. to do business, partly because I noticed on her email contact card posted on msn, she declares she accepts Paypal payments. After some procrastination, we decided to go ahead with Rose Tang. At this point Ms Rose Tang suggested we start chatting on msn. Please note: from 24/10, my email records suggest that I stopped receiving email from Ms Rose Tang. At this point I proceeded to make an email request for Ms Rose Tang to forward her “Paypal”details. No email response to this request. However in the subsequent msn chat, Ms Rose Tang suggested, as this was my first purchase with her company I would have to make this purchase through Western Union. Now after our initial frustration in trying to find a supplier that accepts the Paypal method of payment. We decided to accept her condition for the first purchase, as this would clear the way for this method of payment for any ongoing purchases. The transaction was completed on 27/10 via western union. She then gave me an EMS tracking number. Anyway, we decided to wait, see and hope for the best, as we are hoping to find a supplier that will work with our requirements. How wrong we were!!, I know this is our first experience, we have lost money, we are also very aware, we have no one else to blame but ourselves. However, that is not withstanding what Tradekey.com was all about for us, to assist us identify all be it to some degree, trustworthy businesses through your quality grading system. And this particular company is compromising that Tradekey.com grading system. The first Purchase request of 3 SLR cameras and 4 mobile phones were paid for, on the 27th October 2008. Payment method Western Union (Aus Post receipt) The actual scan is too big to send. (Ref att. 1) Now we were expecting 7 items sent in one boxed package, but to our surprise only 2 items (Nokia N96) arrived. The size of this package does not indicate that it was part of a bigger parcel and that it could only accommodate the two N96 phones (Ref Pic. att. 2) *File too large for attachment. The EMS shipping invoice indicated the sender had marked this as a gift. (att. 3pic)*. Now we slowly started to realise we have a problem. I sent an email to Ms Rose Tang advising her, we had only received 2 items off 7. (No Response) I managed to get hold of Ms Rose Tang on live msn the 6/10. Her initial response to the 5 missing items was that she had posted all these items with the one tracking number, and it’s not her fault if the items were missing. There is nothing she could do about this. Now after some to and fro on msn, and my insistence that it’s the supplier’s responsibility to provide all shipping documentation to prove 7 items were posted against the EMS shipping Docket Tracking number. Her story suddenly changed. All in a moment she was no longer the CEO of this Trade Key Offer co. but just an employee, and that she would get fired by her boss!!? If he found out that she had lost the 5 items because her boss would lose money. In a very matter of fact way she also suggested that if I did not purchase and pay for more products from her company, she would get fired by the boss, and I would lose my money. However, according to Ms Rose Tang if I purchased and paid for more items immediately, she could then extradite my incomplete shipment, and resend these 5 items. Again after much talk. I agreed to purchase one item, if she shipped the 5 items first. She then said she would help me out by re-sending the 5 items and that she was losing money on this deal Now Ms Rose agreed to ship out these 5 items and send me the tracking number. After recovering from my initial shock and realisation that Ms Tang was holding me up to ransom, I realised I should have kept a copy of this script before closing my computer down. 7/11. Again, no email! msn chat-(Att.4 Copy) Left the conversation and never got back. 2 days later 9/11, managed to catch up with Ms Rose Tang on msn again, and inquired about the email she had promised to send me with a copy of the shipping invoice itself. She then proceeded to send me a picture of a package that was not big enough to accommodate the 3 cameras and the 2 mobile phones. And further more, on closer examination of the Ems tracking number on this packaging, one will notice, is not the EMS AU tracking code. I realised she was literally trying to con me in to believing, this was the parcel that she had already shipped out. Again I let Ms Rose Tang know, the parcel in the picture did not look big enough to hold 3 slr digital cameras and the 2 mobile phones. Now at this point Ms Rose Tang reverses back to her original stance, and asked for payment for the second purchase. Ok, I suggested, since this was my second purchase I would like to have her business Paypal details in order for me to make my payment as this was what she had agreed to at the start. I got a big fat NO as my answer. (Att. 5 Copy) At this point, I let Ms Rose Tang know my next course of action. 17/11 – Made contact on msn again, with the same result. (Att: 6) The dispute with this company is over the following issues a. Refusing to do business via Paypal – whilst advertising this fact on msn chat room contact details. b. Blackmailing customer by holding and refusing to supply goods that have already been paid for. Unless further purchases are made immediately. c. In complete breach of the company’s “Goldkey” rating. d. Running a registered export business? With no shipping insurance coverage.?? and no Shipping documentation evidence. Businesses of this calibre are destroying all the good work your organisation and other businesses have struggled to achieve. Please ensure this member is not allowed to continue business on the international stage. Sir, I accuse the “Trade Key Offer Co.” and Ms Rose Tang as the registered CEO of this company of illegal, bordering on criminal behaviour. Yours Sincerely Tim White Innovative Tech. Imports. i Bought an iPhone and the seller told the iphones was original,i receive them but is a COPY and i try to talke to them and i can't to do that.....Be careful everyone...this is a pure FAKE.

I payed for a Nokia N95, I sent the money about 1.5 months ago they gave me a tracking number on TNT (102096123) which you can use on tnt page and see that the phone "was destroyed at customers request" (customer = tradekeyoffer) . Not only that, when the phone first arrived was held by customs because on the consigment description they put "Fan Machinery" , which was totally incorrect as were talking about a phone. Now they dont want to accept it was their mistake and tell me "sorry, customs in your country is so strict we cant resend you the phone"....
