To Whom it May Concern I bought a laptop from WillSheng tade company on September 4th. I was dealing with Ying Jie and Zhuang. I have attached the conversation history for you to see that the company acknowledeged the received payment. I checked the company profile and it has 3000 points. I checked their email address oin tradekey and also checked it on their website. I called the company to make sure that the number provided is the right number. After doing my due deligence I sent the money. Shipment was promised to be delivered in 3-6 days After the money was send, that's when Will Sheng trade company start giving me problems. First they provided me with a tracking number without the website. After three days asking for the website, they finally provided China post tracking website. At that time I checked the tracking; however, the tracking number didn't existed. I called the company back and they told me that the tracking number they provided is not the right number and their boss have not made the shipment yet. The next day they gave me another tracking number and advised me to wait patiently. It's been 21 days; however, I have not received my package. Company name and detail is listed below. The tracking number says that the package left the Outward office of Exchange. I checked every office in my county including custom house, post office, etc and they have not received anything yet. I even dont know what's in the package. I bought this product to show it as a sample to my buyers. I lost the account due to the non cooperative acts of Will Sheng trade.
