Ordered two I-Phones Valued at US$ 508.00 Complaint: Never received phones after the money has been wired to WuHan loyal trade Co. (Please see attached copy of wire transfer and conversation regarding wire transfer) (Also we have confirmation from our bank that money has been withdrawn by WuHan loyal trade Co.) Note: WuHan company promised me that I will receive the phones after 5 days of receiving the wire transfer. (see attached conversation) Note: We are also in the process of applying to become gold key members of tradekey. ( Gold Key Member Ticket ID: FWM-443022) We sincerely hope that something can be done with regards to our complaint. We trusted the companies listed under the tradekey and put money into that trust. Now that we have been cheated by that company that tradekey supports as a gold member we hope that tradekey can investigate this situation and not support companies that cheat their customers or would correctly reflect the trustworthiness of a company. If gold member status companies are willing to cheat their customers for US$508.00, I cannot imagine doing any significant business with any of the companies listed under the tradekey. Also, what would the reputation of my company be to be listed as a gold member with tradekey if the other companies have such an experienced reputation already. Thank you for your time. WuHan Loyal Trade Co. is a fraudulent company. They say they offer authentic brand name electronics like Apple, Dell, Nikon, Sony, etc. They say that merchandise has manufacturer's warranty and even send some product id numbers to check warranty in Apple site. They guarantee 3-5 day for shipping (Air Express) and refund. The representative Alina Mary is good with responses in the beginning, and after several emails, I sent a sample order for 2 iPhones and sent $498+ $14 fee ($512) for the phones. Money was sent via Western Union and beneficiary name was Shaoji Wang. But once the money for the merchandise was sent, they sent back a FAKE shipping tracking number with EMS, when specifically asked to use FedEx or DHL for shipping. Even that was only because I kept emailing them asking for the shipping information. Another lie they are telling is that Chinese companies are not able to send merchandise out of the company due to the Beijing Olympics and the Special Olympics in China. Firstly, the Beijing Olympics are over. Secondly, after extensive checks with the Special Olympics site and news reports, there are NO Special Olympics events going on in China currently. When asked to resend the shipment through FedEx, the ignored the request. They will not give refund, take days to reply back to emails, and their website, www.leto-trade.com is an absolute joke. I've been asking for a refund repeatedly for the past few days, but they keep saying that they will check with the shipping company, or keeps saying not to worry. I'm sick and tired of waiting for my money. And I've found 2 other members of TradeKey who have been scammed by this company. This company is an absolute scammer's front and deserves to be kicked out of TradeKey. Also, TradeKey should verify seller's information better (check business registration license, export license, etc.) to make this a safer place to do business. I will pursue all venues in order to get my money back and I am getting the other members together to get leverage over this company. I think the negative rating should be posted RIGHT AWAY(along with the reasons for the negative rating) to warn other members to stay away from this fraudulent company. If TradeKey can help mediate in any way to help get the victims' money back, it will be very appreciated.

HI, this company is a fraudulent company that preys on the US customers offering Wii consoles and then never ships the items just stealing the the money. I happened to be the victim of this company. I paid for the Wii console and received a fake EMS tracking, the seller stopped responding to my emails and then said that because o Special Olympic games in China they can not ship the item. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Do not deal with this company!!!! They are thieves!!!!!

We spoke repeatedly via MSN messenger and Mary Alina made me feel like she was trustworthy. ONCE payment was made via Western Union they have disappeared. They even sent me a faulty shipping code via EMS - EA675278355CN. I have requested my money back ASAP or my products and I have been getting the run around. They are thiefs and NOBODY should buy anything from them.
