Hi There,I am writing this email with regards to my purchase of GHD Hair Straightners. I purchased these items from one of your Silver member Company: Xinxiang Trade Co. LTD. I posted an inquiry on your website and then I started receiving email from suppliers. I received an email from Xinxiang Trade Co.LTD some body call Mengna Chen on 11th July '09 offering the above products.We started the dialouges regarding price and shipments.I wanted to pay via paypal as I have an account with them but I was told Xinxiang Trade do not accept PayPal so I was told to send money to Yuanyi Lian by Western Union. I made the arrangement with W/U but for some odd reason they refused to transfer the money on this person's name. I sent an email to Mengna Chen explaning the situation. Mengna advised me this time to send money to (Shichang Yi) via MoneyGram. In the meantime I called W/U's head office spoke to sombody and the guy explained that due to some frauds they are very carefull in sending money for purchase from China. I told them that I am buying these GHDs from this company and Mengna who is my contact gave me this person's name to send money to.W/U agreed to tranfer the money.I wrote back to Mengna told them to collect the money from W/U. On 18th July I received an email from W/U informing me that the money has been collected by the receiver. Since then I have been writing to Mengna asking them to tell me when they will be despatching the goods but I had no reply.Last email I sent was on 20/07/2009. In the attatch doc I am sending you all the emails correspondece I had with Mengna Chen also I have enclosed the receipt from Western Union showing you the amount, receiver's name and the message to say that money has been collected. I also sent an email to Ms. guiling wang who's name is on your website under Company profile for her to look into this matter but heard nothing from her. Can you please look into this matter and I hope this is just a minner glitch because if this is a fraudulent company then it does not leave a good impression on your company. Hello, A few days ago I sent $100US by wester union to this Company to buy 2 PS2 and when the money was available on July 16th they inmediately picked up. They never replied my emails. So I see they are scammers. Please help to solve this problem as soon as posible. Thanks Clad Quiroga and Kimberly Tunjano

this is a horrible company it does not even exist i sent them 1400 usd and i received nothing in return nor did they reply to my emails after the money was sent.

This company is cheating i have sended them 105 euro that they send me three Sony PSP but nothing they dont answered me ever. And i never become my PSP . Cheater Cheater Cheater !!!!!!!

Place an order with this so called company on the 05/07 - they have taken the full payment threw Western union and they havn't been in touch since. contact email: [email protected] can not attach invoice due to being an Excel format

I like to buy from that company but I like to now how secure is it
