I placed a small order for 5 NFL jerseys with bo jiang at qingdao in order to get a feel for tne quality of his companys merchandise. My order arrived in a timely fashion, but 3 of the 5 jerseys were obvious counterfiets of very inferior quality. I sent an email to him the day after my order arrived and I inquired about returning these jerseys for a refund. He sent me a street address in Aukland, New Zealand as the return destination for my order, and I was responsible for the cost of shipping. I had to send a second email to ask for a company name and postal code for this address and his reply was Bob and he include the necessessary postal code.
I also dealt wih a woman at this compny who told me I shold have checked the pictures of their product before I ordered (I did, new pictures were posted after I placed my order) I told her i would accept an even exchange for 3 different style jerseys but she refused because it woulde cost her too much in shipping. She kept insisting that I try to sell the jerseys, which is what I did, and I lost money on the sale.
