I ordered a few products with Tim Dragon to see if quality is OK. When the package arrived, they were forgotten 2 products! Also they send one wrong watch. If I want those two products be delivered I have to make a minimum order of 180 euro! And that only because of THEIR fault!!! They do not even accept 25 euro for only shipping a small package. I am not planning to make another order when I am treathed this way. Maybe the site looks good etc, the service is far below average! And if I donot want to pay 180 euro, they will not send the products and I have lost money because of their fault. I advice all people to not buy at 2008-nike and us-nike, they are not fair suppliers

I contacted this company initially to establish a relationship to supply me with Iphones. I worked out a deal with them to send a sample of their product to me so that I may be able to test the quality and make sure that it was what customer would expect. The product delivery was as promised and arrived within 3 - 7 days. Although the actual merchandise arrived damaged and useless. There was no physical damage to the box and the product had been very well packaged. When I alerted the supplier they did not respond. I had to reinitiate contact to them through tradekey to get a response. After over 7 emails and obviously no attempt to remedy the situation outside of we will give you a discount on your next order, I have decided to leave feedback to alert others to do business with this company at your own risk. Their customer service is poor and their products are not as they represent. For anyone who is interested I have attached a copy of the emails that transpired between this company and myself.

Recently I have spoken to this percon by the name of Yumei zhang about the Nokia 8800 scirocco phone which he has told me that it is the best and superb quality phone. So I trusted him and transfered the funds sum of USD $230.00 to him under the name of Yumei Zhang through western union MTCN no. 1539860254 as he requested. Today I have recieved the supern quality phone as his wordings it is nothing but the most D Class quality i have ever seen in my life not even with all the accessories charger is missing, phone paper work is all in photocopies quality. It is all plastic not even it has back lid to cover the battery side i have been very very disapointed with him. I did sent him the email and contacted him through Yahoo Messenger service he doesnot reply to any of my mails or messages before that he was contacting every day to order big amount and this and that, but luckley i did order just one to see the quality of the phone i would not recommend this seller to any one. I am happy to send him his phone back I want my money to be refunded sum of USD $230.00. I have lost GBP21.00 transfer feen but I am not bothered with that but I do want the USD230.00 back of him I happy to send him this phone back to him.
