Observation for fraud

I am sept. 2009 commissioned by this firm, and also paid for the goods, the goods I received are not reached. As the content of the letters is to understand, it handles the company's apparent fraud!!!
So far, I do not want more of the Company by only want their money back 270USD +36 USD (postage money)
I send you a copy of Western Union payment receipt bearing the e-mail as a file directly is not possible to send it to you.
