hello dont buy to them i have order them 50 shoes and i receiv only 18 and they bloked me on msn and i have not news i am wory pliz how can i do for see my money

I ordered 395 dollars of merchandise from this company and first they gave the wrong tracking number to my order, and then to make things worse, I received less than half my order and of the 7 items I received only one item was what I ordered. Now they won't return my emails. I told them that I only want what I ordered, but no one has returned any of my emails. It's been over three weeks and I am still waiting on the rest of my order. I still want what I paid for, because I have customers waiting.

I have been dealing with Maria for about 2 months. I have made about 10 transactions for about 185.00 each transaction.The quality of the product is A+. Shipping to USA very fast 4-6 days. After placing my order they send me this e-mail:Dear Customer,We are pleased to receive your order below with 6 prs of fashion sandals.pls see attched the invoice. the total for this order is 180 usd for 6 prs.shipping cost including already. for the payment method pls see the invoiceat the bottom. as soon as you have the money transfer control number pls send to us and we will start to process the order. After receiving our order we discovered that the quality was very poor and not even matching the kind of shoes that we ordered (very ugly shoes). We send several e-mails but didn't get any replies, we tried to get in touch with some other person from this company - no reply. We'd like to get our money back. I ordered and was sent the wrong size, color and were dirty. The will not respond to my emails. The transaction to over 30 days. Total amount of sale was $423. I was emailing James Liu [email protected] All communication was by email.

This company shipped items which I have not even order and force you to keep the wrong items without exchanging with the right one or giving a refund. After asking the rep to discussed the issue with the boss, there were no answer or reply. I feel ignored and cheated with this company. They don't know how to do business. The person I was dealing with was Jolin. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM!!!
