I had sent payment from the UK for 10 ipods, when the package arrived it was 1 very cheap watch, plus a wallet. I informed the CEO of the problem and was told that the goods would be re-sent, I tracked this package that was supposed to have arrived in UK, and was then sent back to China. I suspect that the goods were never sent, and have been cheated out of nearly £200. I would suggest that you under no circumstances ever place an order with this Company

I sent money for a Laptop Computer Dell XPS M1730, total of $360.00 on Jul 29, 2009 at 2:35 pm Eastern Time. I received a telephone(China use only-non English documentation) and a Wallet, Isent the company pictures so They could verify this error. All I have received is , "EMS is checking on this problem". In the meantime I am out $360.00 dollars USD and still do not have a Laptop Computer or my money refunded to me. Numerous emails this past week have resulted in nothing, no correspondence from Agogo Trading. I am not only contacting you, but China's Embassy in Washington, DC, the US Embassy in China and I am going to contact the US Customs Service with all emails and correspondence from all parties concerned, including Trade Key. This company is nothing but a fraud. I saw it on Trade Key and placed an order for Two (2) Apple I phone 3GS - 16 GB @ $149 Three (3) blackberry javelin 8900 @ $109 Everything equals $625. To my dismay, I received 2I phones and a cheap looking Omega watch. When I emailed Mr. Tim, his response was Hello sir, how can i be possible? our stock manager told me he have sent all the goods to you. best regards, Tim I then took pictures of the package and the stuff that was sent to me asking how his store manager could possibly fit 5 phones in such a small package. He ten told me that EMS will give an answer in 48hours. He then sent me an email "yes,EMS have resent the goods,the tracking number:ee187216164cn". Up till today, I am yet to receive my phones and Mr Tim has refused to reply any of my emails. This company is defrauding innocent people of their money and Tradekey should do something because they are making your company look bad.

I ORDERED A NINETENDO WII BUNDLE AND I RECEIVED AN OMEGA WATCH. WHEN I EMAILED TIM ABOUT THE MISTAKE HE SAID HE SENT THE ORDER AND STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS

I have purchased TomTom and Garmin GPS systems. I trusted Tim's profile on TradeKey and his trust points. He says he is the CEO. I placed 5 orders totaling 2870.00 USD. The second order arrived and it was a replica watch. The first order arrived and it was 2 Louis Vuitton ladies wallets. I have had to refund customers due to Tim not sending the correct items. At first he was very prompt in responding to emails, but has since become slower and slower. He said he has sent orders 3,4 and 5 in one shipment. I have not received them yet. They are en route. Since he has taking so long in responding to requests to resend, I have requested a refund of the first two orders, totalling 390.00 USD. He has not responded. If the orders are corrected in the big shipment, I will filing charges of fraud with the Chinese authorities.

This companies are a big scam. i have ordered 6 iphone 3gs 32gb from this companies and i have only received one. I have paid 1160$CAD to their companies and they steal me !! I woud like to make people aware of buying from this co. First he contacted directly to my email, never by trade Key. When I place order he insisted to be by Money Gram only, the prices he was offered were too low, which made me feel unconfortble, the phone # he gave me was totally different fom the one showing in TRadekey. I decided to ask a contact that I have in China to contact him. I told Tim, that someone was going to contact him who work with us, and he got very upset, mad. When my contact called another number that Tim had provided me before, and ask for an appoitment to visit Tim's office, and they know he was going to contact them because I had mentioned minutes before, They told him, that they dont bring people to the office, and the sales are only online, that by the way, their website, has no contact inf. no phone numbers, no addresses, no nothing. He had requested also that payment should only be money gram, that is it, no more options. I requested Tim for an Invoice and it came with many errors at the first time, no company name, no phone number, no conditions of purchase, to invoice #. Etc. again I had to asked himto start adding everything. I am totally convince this is a ghost company, so please be careful.
