Reaction for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Between 14/8/2017 and 21/8/2017, I enter into contract with Al Sahid Trade Marketing for the purchase of 500 kg of dried sea cucumber. I make a payment to them of an amount US$18,086.
They shippd the goods by a local logistic company called Power Plan
Logistics. They provided a house airway bill. Later I found out that all the documents are fake. THe insurance certificate, test certificate
The said the goods landed in Doha, Qatar. I checked i found that the storage invoice was also fake. THey did not delivered the goods. I was trying to contact them but no response.
I trusted Tradekey which stated that they are gold member with 5000 trust point. I ended up being cheated.
