L1 Trading and Development is a new company located on 5200 Dixie Rd Unit Number 9. We buy our products at Bankruptcy and government auctions, therefore we are able to sell many of our product for less than 50% of the store prices.

Al1 Development also buy real estate and vacant lots from the same government auctions, on many occasion we are able to resell these property way below market price.
