We have Blco for sale.
Below is the seller procedure on TTO/TTT. What seller need is Letter of assurance from the buyer's bank. The vessel will be moved to Togo or Ghana international waters for Q&Q, no security fees *****
Your buyer should fill free to choose the vessels he want and can contact the captain of the vessel if he want, that can be provided on request the vessels info.

8. TTT/TTO PROCEDURES:

1) Seller provides vessel name for buyer to confirm location and charter status; Seller and Buyer sign SPA including NCND/IMFPA with full paying banking details and lodge this with their respective banks.

2) Seller provides vessel name for buyer to confirm location and charter status.

3) Buyer issues Letter of assurance from the buyer's bank/POF (Appendix C) to be agreed on a bank to bank basis.

4) Seller gives copy of Loaded Vessel documents, Q88, BOL, CPA (or whatever relevant chartering document is in place), proof of ownership, and authority to sell documents from the NNPC as proof of product to buyer.

5) Buyer verifies documents and provides inspector and super cargo details for ATB.

6) Seller releases ATB to buyer and buyer conducts his confirmation on the loaded vessel and sends his inspectors and super cargo on-board for physical verification of product and confirmation of cargo in Ghana or Togo International Waters

7) Upon successful Q&Q, buyer raises MT103, irrevocably payable on charter takeover and transfer of title.

8) Charter is placed by buyer with seller's authorisation, title is transferred and payment is made by Swift to seller and all facilitators involved take over the vessel within 24hours.

9) Seller provides buyer with all other relevant Shipping documents and all certified required certificates.

10) Transaction close and vessel sails to port of discharge.
