We offer comprehensive financing solutions and commercial loans through a vast network of investors, syndication groups and hybrid financing programs. Through syndication we are able to spread risk considerably more and approve more loans than traditional bank and other conventional sources.
As many borrowers realize, capital is very tight with Banks. Further, recent LTV and credit restrictions are creating havoc with Borrowers that must refinance and those that require acquisition financing or a line of credit to expand their business. Many lenders will not consider financing unless the client has an "existing" depository or wealth management relationship. Consider that $750 Million of commercial real estate loans of existing debt will come due in the next twelve ***** secondary market has all but evaporated and many commercial real estate owners have seen their equity disappear since the financial crisis of 2008.
Banks and other traditional lenders no longer have the buffer necessary to refinance existing debt. Clients with "no equity" are unable to refinance on performing properties. Acquisitions now require a much greater equity contribution than was required prior to 2008. As a result of these changes, we have anticipated our clients' needs and have created loan programs that are advantageous to our clients and simultaneously streamlined our relationships and guidelines via syndication. Further, we have added additional private equity sources to compliment our lending programs. Our lending partners realize that this is paramount for mutual success.
