On 02/09/2009 I sent Li Mandy $414.00 for 2 Adobe Master Collection CS 4. He sent me the wrong software!!! He then would not communicate with me after I asked him to correct the mistake or send back my money. He stopped answering any emails after I asked for a refund. I never got the software I ordered from this company. PLease read the emails below. The MTCN for western Union is: 943-853-8430 I want a full refund as this company is a cheater! mandy stated that they were authentic and they were not and the transaction hd taken from feb 18 2009 to march 3 2009 the quality of the ipods wer not authentic apple i pods as stated or apple ipod touch 2nd generations as ordered and they are listed as an apple reseller but i cannot get a response from them to get a refund for the ipods because i am not happy with them and i would like to request a refund. the toal amount of the tranaction wasw 640.00. im not able to attach receipt but i can mail it if needed contact me at [email protected] michelle

You sent me 2 adobe photoshop, but I ordered (2) CS4 Master Collection. You don't even answer my emails.

I dealt with Mandy Li having contaced her company on and recieved an email from her on 30/12/08. After an exchange of emails I asked for a PI for 3 apple ipod touch screen 32GB and 4 Nintendo DS lites - as per PI dated 30/12/08. The order was worth 1020USD. I paid by bank transfer the payee was yongfeng yu. Mandy confimed payment and sent me tracking nuber for delivery on 9/01/09 and the order was changed for 6 Apple ipods as Mandy said there was a problem with the NDS consoles and so I agreed. Shipment arrived today - 19/01/09. It contained 6 items all 2GB fabricated MP$ apple touch screen players with an Apple iPhone back cover, and a european charger plug. Plus no warranty card. These goods are worthless. I have emailed her and awaiting her reply. The EMS shipping letter states that the goods came from another company - Shanghai Yi-ping Computer Designs Fabrication Co Ltd, 2602-B-2 Changzhong Road, Shanghai. Talked to Mandy Li at Apple trade co. Wanted 2 play station 3 60g. which I had already paid for.They wrote back and told me they were out. I said ok. So I went ahead and told them I wanted 2 ipod touch 32 g made by apple.Also wanted 1 bose head set which they said was geuine Bose. I also wanted Mac software. They sent 2 fake ipods that were just plain mp4 players. 2 fake bose headsets that I tried to register with Bose and could not. And no Apple Mac 2008 software. Sent over 500 dollars. Tried to write back to get a refund and no response. They told me many times that the Bose were Authentic.

I talked to Mandy Li inquiring about a laptop. She gave me a price and I agreed on it . The price was $520.00 USD. I then asked her if she could ship the laptop overnight that I had a customer waiting for it. and she said yes. so I went to an agent and wired the money to her. It cost me $15.00 USD to send it through western union and $520.00 USD for the laptop. totaling $535.00 USD. I then gave her the MTCN number so that the laptop could be sent out.She agreed that the she had received the payment. I then waited patiently after receiving an email of the tracking number.I then received the tracking number and she said to wait 2 days and I would be able to track it. after 2 days I kept trying to track the laptop but it was no where to be found. So I contacted her again and let her know that I could not track the number. I then asked her to please let me know what was going on with the tracking number because my customer was patiently waiting. she replied with my package got stuck in customs and was on the way back. this is exactly what she said.(So now we can't ship the laptop again to you,or it will be returned back again).I then told her that if it was stuck in customs there would be a tracking number available because EMS would of had to scan it before it left they're post office. so I then told her that I am very sorry to have to do this. I was looking very forward to working with you and your company, but it is hard for me to understand how it is possible that you did not previously know that customs would refuse shipping of the computer. I must ask that you wire my money instantly back today.now I have a customer that is starting to get irate with me. I had to argue with her to get my money back. It took a long time.I told her I was very dissatisfied with her company. she bartered with me saying would I accept $485.00 dollars back for the laptop. How do I know she doesn't do this to all customers not sure but I had to say yes because I didn't know if I was going to get anything back. So I finally did get the $485.00 backbut I lost a customer (most valuble) and I lost the $15.00 sending the payment in the first place plus I lost the $35.00 for only accepting $485.00 that totals $50.00. So how do I know if this doesn't happen to other people through her company. My complaint is the $50.00 that I lost. If They Could return that I would be satisfied. I am currently working with another company that is doing the same thing to me. But this time I specifically aske if they could ship next day through Fed-Ex and they said yes and its been longer than 3 days now. same thing no tracking number. Can you refer me to someone who sells laptops that I can rely on to ship next day Fed-Ex? Thank you, Robert

Dear TradeKey, My name is Keith Ray from RayNet Entertainment. My first email from Apple Elec Trade Co.,Ltd by Mandy Lin was received on November 1 (attachment 1). In this email they stated that their game consoles are original and comes in US version. And on November 1 email they reassure that the wiis are original, new and sealed from Nintendo manufacture (attachment 2). So on November 3, I placed an order for three Nintendo Wii. I sent 486.00 by Western Union to Wenfang Han on November 6 ( order information in attachment 3). The copy of the Western Union receipt is in attachment 4. I received my package on November 19. There were three fake something( I guess they are suppose to be Wii but are not). I really don’t know what they are. Everything is in Chinese. In email attachment 3 they mentioned if I am not satisfied they will refund my money. I want my money back. I have already emailed them asking my money back. They are not answering my emails. They are a FRAUD!!!! Please help me to receive my money back ($472.00). I will be glad to ship their fake product back with shipping charges.

Sent 850.00 western union for (3) 3g 16gb Iphone, and recieved fake clone 8gb iphone, not even 3g. Not addressed to company on western union. Took 10 days, and it is now at least 25 days and my other 2 phones i ordered are still in customs in the country they were sent to. Tried to contact several times, and never replied. They talked with a friend of mine trying to get him to buy from them, and when he asked if they got back to me, they told him that they replied to me, but they never did. Her name is Mandy Li. Not a good source to buy products from and lousy customer service!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Its people like this that makes everyone else look bad on here!!!

I was talking to a guy named micheal james whose email is [email protected]. He said this was his company. My order was 2 apple iphones 8gb first generation it was sent via moneygram. i sent the money to First Name: zheng mu Second Name: yuan City: fuzhou Country: China on 9/20/2008. the money was picked up on 9/22/08. since then i have not talked to him or recieved a tracking id for my product. i would like a refund or the merchandise. i have not recieved any products or any more emails
