Our Protocol:
We are now accepting Buyers as small as $10m in area specific or $30M- $250M take down Nationwide. Larger purchases available over $1.5B or more. Prices depend on the portfolio size and location. All portfolios are subject to prior sale. Time is always of the essence.

No daisy chains. Buyers Mandates or one away wanted.

Please send ASAP. We will generate a NCND and a MFA.
� A LOI and POF will be required.
� Seller�s attorney will proof your buyer and then Buyer gets the tape.
� After 24 hours Buyer MUST deposit 10% refundable deposit in a nationally know title escrow company or Attorney escrow to secure your order during due diligence period.
� Following the 3 day due diligence period, your Buyer will receive a purchase contract and close the transaction.
Turn around time is about a calendar week or less depending on turn around of all parties and due diligence.
