Comment for Fraudulent Company
24-12-2018
Ragib Mohd accepted an order and a wire of funds from me for more than $1800.00 US in the beginning of February 2007. He promised 30 days of manufacture time and delivery of the product at the end of April. Nothing ever arrived. After emailing him, he said it would take another 30 days and promised a copy of paperwork for the order and then he quit responding to any of my emails altogether. It has been over a month. After contacting Ascent Exports via Tradekey, I received an email back from someone claiming to be Ragib's brother telling me he got hurt in an accident and would recover in 10-14 days. He promised delivery of my product or refund of my money. I am demanding refund of my money because there is no reason why Ragib should have not responded to my emails for over a month. Two companies in India have looked at my invoice and the TT wire instructions I was given by Ragib, and both companies (exporters themselves) say that the wire instructions should have contained a person's name for receipt of the funds, and that the small amounts of items that I ordered most likely could not be manufactured or would be difficult to have manufactured because they were not large quantities. Ragib said it would be okay for me to place a sample order in smaller quantities. I cannot attach the invoice because it is an Excel spreadsheet and this system does not support that type of document. However, I have attached copies of the correspondence between Ragib and myself with the TT wire transfer instructions, and confirmation that he received the wire based on the coversation about the order being placed.
