To whome it may concern, I would like to make a complain regarding this company. I was dealing with Nina Lin for this transaction. About one and a half months ago I placed an order with one of your gold key members. After making the bank transfer they stated that they did not receive the funds. After doing a wire transfer investigation with my bank, it was found that they DID receive the funds. I quickly emailed them back and gave them all of the proper information to verify the payment with their bank. They acknowledged that they received the transaction number that I sent them but I have not heard back from them. I have tried emailing them, but have gotten no response. I have a feeling that I am not going to get the items that I have already paid for. Who do I need to contact to make a complaint about this member? First of all the Lacoste t-shirt are really not like real ones. They are not designed in Peru, the poly bag is not like the picture on their website. The little crocodile is very not like the real ones.
