Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

The Supplier (ASRAL IMPORT AND EXPORT), contact person Ksiri Hajjaj, have got payment- 3990$ (files atached) for Arabica, Robusta and Liberica Coffee beans (total: 10 metric tons), but didn't sent the cargo. Payment was made by Bank Wire Transfer and Western Union. We have all correspondence regarding this issue, we can send it by mail if it'll be necessary. Hope for your support concerning this issue.
