Dear Mr.Walter Faessler,
We have a real Buyer who is looking for Gold Bullion (Aurum Utalium) in 12, 5 kg bars of GLD Standard, fineness 999, 5%, min. quantity 250MT up to 6000MT and more. Our Buyer accepted the following procedure only.
Procedure:
1. Seller issues SCO agreeing to procedures and gives end buyer coordinates for FCO with Passport details to Buyer.
2. Seller issues FCO with address and full banking coordinates to buyer. The NCND/IMPFA Will be signed by the Seller and Buyer. Seller sends a copy to buyer of the Safe Keeping Receipt for verification and Signing of Purchase Agreement, with docs to be Submitted by Seller.
3. Buyer issues verifiable, qualified Letter of Intent.
4. Letter of Intent will indicate intend to purchase xx MT tranche per month over xx month contract period/purchase as
5. Seller authenticates and qualifies Letter of Intent.
6. After Seller's satisfactory verification, Buyer need the Authorization to verify from Bullion Officer to Bullion Officer.
7. TTM takes place in Geneva or ***** . After initial TTM, on same day Seller and Buyer sign hard copy and the seller give all POP documentation and Buyer give full banking details POF.
8. Seller's Bullion Officer and Buyer\'s Bullion Officer exchange Principles banking information at TTM.
9. Buyer's Bullion Officer verifies the AU deposit.
10. Transaction is completed on a Bank-to-Bank basis.
11. Buyer pays for all metal (AU) transport fees after taking physical possession
***** Commission will be pay by the Seller immediately and without delay to each appointed Paymaster or Beneficiary after each delivery and as per Terms and Conditions of the IMFPA.
Timing for the total transaction from start to finish should be 48 to 72 hours.
