Our barges are built inside at our 52,000 sq. ft facility in Taylorville, IL. They are built with quality materials (A36 quarter inch steel), expert engineering design, and painted with a long lasting epoxy (SeaGuard 5000) for freshwater/saltwater durability. We can build your new barge to your dimension specifications. And, no matter whether you want a single barge for a small business or 40 units for a large project, we will get the job done and on-schedule. Our barges can be built, at your request, to be compatible with either the FlexiFloat or Shugart designs. The modular barges are truckable - they can be hauled to and from hard to reach areas via semi - and sectional, meaning they can be connected to other barges in any configuration for your needs. We also can add a rake or two to your barge for the user who does lots of on water travelling.
