Selling MTN. Real buyers only
Have a serious seller for MTN's. He works with four different European banks and he can get you what you need (seasoned or slightly seasoned). Please dont waste anyones time and email us your procedures because these are the way things have to be done with him because he is for real and doesnt deal with companies that say, "these are our procedures so follow these" Dont tell us you need ISIN numbers, screen shots etc. Your just wasting your time. He can get you any amount of MTN that you need. Bottom Line. He likes to keep things simple and straight forward so if you want to proceed this is whats needed: CIS, copy of a passport, non-solicitation letter, LOI. Also POF will need to be shown via BCL or Tear sheet. If you cant do that then you wil have to proof up bank to bank. He will gladly talk directly to buyers. And for the brokers that want to know if their buyer is for real, ask them when the last time they purchased a MTN and if they say never they are Most probably not real buyers (key words: Most probably).

Looking for investor/client for Private Placement
Will take investor to a private placement program. Must have funds of 100 Million Plus. I will only deal with the investor/client himself. Once the client passes compliance and their funds are authorized, I will walk with them into the bank to sign the contract with the banker himself. The investor/clients funds stay in their account and are put on admin hold for the duration of the trade which is typically 40 weeks.
