Remark for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

As you can see we have been working with the company to get our shipment for some time. The shipment was suppose to be ready to go and here in August, the last email Philip replied was July to say the shipment will be ready on the 9th Aug. A long time over the agreed time. We are now in September and he is still not replying. I have tried his telephone number 008615076313822 and 08615081141069 and the lady that answers says ring next week or hangs up. I am getting very worried now we have not received our goods and he will not communicate with me to help. Can you please help? I don\\\'t know what to do next?
