i ordered the above product as a sample to start of the trade. so we could have an understading of the quality they have gauranteed, so after contact has been made we tell them we would like to get the sample shiped to uss they give payment details and confirm the sample and i give my address, then after a week of not responding they say they have had errors on their systems wich have slowed down process and were unable to clear payment, they confirm item sent but i am unable to get a track on the number they have given, after 1 week i can get a trace on the parcel, so they have finally sent it off, after 1 more week i recieve the item, it is a used ibm, not the product i asked for, clearly not brandnew and badly damaged, they are now dening it and rarely answering emails. we have tried to create a resolution with them but have not been sucesfull
