I Spoke with Miss Emily Dong at the company, I requested 1000 magnetic vehicle signs as an initial order, the signs arrived and looked wonderful, until 2 weeks later when they had begun fading badly, we had to recall the product and refund all the money to our customers. we where very embarrassed and our brand has suffered. When i discussed this with Emily, she said that the product was best used indoors. I asked her why would I want an indoor sign to go on cars. I highlighted the parts of my enquiry which specifically requested UV resistance and suitable for the harsh australian conditions.
