I purchased 12 switches from this company for a total of $27912 and they were stopped at US customs and declared as counterfeit. Since then they refuse to come up with a solution even though I have offered that they only pay me half my money back. On their site on tradekey they quote "We would commit: customer can receive ten times' pay if found fault" nice words but the reality is you can't even get half you money back. This is a terrible company and they need to be stopped. I have been dealing with Lily Zhang who tells me I can't speak with her boss as he can't speak English
