Karen Stern was initially very reponsive. Even when questioned about past negative reviews "she" maintained a very professional tone. Biodine even had a customer account number and order number that was issued for me that made them appear organized and interested in future business. After my payment information was sent, it was picked up in less than 4 hours. This company has since then stopped responding to any of my messages inquiring about shipping information or any order status. It has been over 48 hours and I had requested overnight shipping.
