BRITCOM, a British owned company, has established a professional reworking operation in Romania where it refurbishes branded Kenwood, Panasonic, Morphy-Richards, Philips and DeLonghi small home appliances
We are the official partners for all Kenwood-Delonghi, Morphy Richards and Philips returns arising from the UK (steam irons, fryers, toasters, blenders, food processors, espressos, mixers, kettles, vacuum cleaners, etc). We buy all their UK raw returns, re-work them & then sell them in permitted countries.
We also carry our work on a variety of electronic items for others including Marks & Spencer's, Dixons , Panasonic & Philips. We achieve high yields and we have rigorous QC systems.
Britcom has entered in an agreement close with Group SEB HQ and is now their official partner for processing their pan-European customer returns. Products from Group SEB ( Tefal, Rowenta, Krups and Moulinex) are to be refurbished in Britcom newly established factory and then returned to Group SEB.
Not only is our quality top class (we are a fully accredited facility) but our prices are also extremely attractive (half of your market prices) and we offer volume discounts based on average monthly expenditure with us.
Britcom's strengths are it's relatively low labor costs combined with access to highly skilled and trained electrical engineers available locally.
In addition to the SDA lines, new capacity has been added to be able to process a range of audio-visual products. Britcom also owns a business based in Birmingham, UK, called WESCO (UK) Ltd that has a 4, 000 sq m warehouse to receive, sift and consolidate loads destined for Britcom.
We test every piece, clean them, repack and afterwards process the orders.

Our products are evaluated:
- Grade A - as new condition.
- Grade B - works perfect but with small cosmetic imperfections. (prices 20% less than Grade A)
- Grade C â€“ working condition but shows clear signs of usage. (prices for C - 40% less than Grade B)
