Chips are a mix of white oak hardwoods, yellow pine, scrub oak, florida pine and other local woods found in and around North Florida. Ground Chips are Sceened and Metal Free. Certified Weight Tickets will be Supplied for Confirmed Unit of Measure.Stockpile of 35, 000 US Tons are Processed and Ready for Shipment.
Stockpile of 45, 000 US Tons will be Processed April -June 2008.
*Transport to Port Authority is 20 miles FOB.
*Transport to Port Authority is Included at "No Charge" to Buyer. Load-Haul-Dump.
*Buyer Must Provide Shipping at Port Authority of Jacksonville, Florida.
***All Other Delivery Locations are FOB @ Buyer Cost.

This is a legal and binding agreement for, CAT-5 CHIP SERVICES, to provide, BUYER, 75, 000 US Tons of Burnable Wood Chips @120 days begining, on or about, April 1st 2008 and ending, on or about, July 1st 2008 .
