Thank you very much for your interest in our company product, we would like to introduce something about our working plan: We have 120 workers in the factory for solid wood processing – furniture products. This is very important processing part so we have to do all in the factory. Besides, we have many more village workers – who mainly weave our handicraft products: Baskets, planters, trays, hampers, stools, chairs, etc made from Water Hyacinth, Rattan, Sea grass. We have been trained them and use from 300 – 500 workers in this way (each worker group has around 20 – 30 people) We will bring all products from village workers to factory for finishing before ship it to customers. Our main material used: Pine wood, Acacia wood, Oak wood, Water hyacinth, Sea Grass, Rattan. Product capacity: Our existing capacity is 10 – 12 containers of solid wood products and 20-25 containers for woven products. We can increase the capacity if we can get more orders from potential customers. Our main markets: US, Germany, New Zealand, UK, Chile. Advantage: Our factory is in the South of Viet Nam – where we can get raw material easily with good quality and competitive price directly from village workers. The transportation is closed too from getting raw material to processing and then exporting (Near Ho Chi Minh city – Our FOB port) Other thing, we can use free workers at home (Besides our workers in factory) so we can use unlimited number of workers to make good price products.
