Tangchui is a�high & new tech enterprise in development and manufacture of alloy roller for more than 20 years. Our company boasts advanced intermediate frequency electric furnace, combined type centrifugal casting and fine and complete metal cutting equipment and advanced modern quality observation and control measures as well, and the manufactured alloy rollers have the characteristics of large roller surface grade, high strength, good wear resistant property, heat crack resistance,anti strip ping, etc, which are widely sold all across the country and exported to over 30 countries in Asia, Africa and Europe and highly appraised by large number of users.
The alloy roller is divided into three main series and over one hundred types.
Main products of cereal oil and foodstuff: roller of mill (including roller for mill imported form Italy, Switzerland, etc), noodle machine, roller for instant noodle machine, various rollers of biscuit machine, roller for oil, salt and cotton and hemp machinery and roller for feeder and tobacco machine.
Main products of chemicals and paper making: Including roller of diverse for grinding machine and roller for machinery of printing ink, paint, coating chemicals, plastic, paper making, metallurgy, etc.
The high chromium, wear resistant, corrosion resistant and wet type break roller developed by the Company (roller for brewers malt and rice mill) is the product of high and new technology filling in the domestic gap and replacing imported products.
