Changzhou Yankee Lighting Reflector Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise which specializes in spun aluminum reflectors. Yankee reflectors mainly match LED high bay, LED floodlight and LED streetlight currently.

Founded in 2001, Yankee covers plant area of 10,000 square meters with a fixed asset valued 5 million USD. In 2018, Yankee sales is over 10 million USD. The current daily output of reflectors can reach to 10,000pcs.

Yankee has 10pcs of most advanced CNC spinning, 3pcs of big automated shot blasting machines, dozens of punch presses and automatic drilling & tapping machines. Yankee has developed the 1st automated electro polishing & anodizing assembly line in China with own intellectual
property rights, which makes surface treatment process in top ranking.

With more than 100 employees and 10 R&D engineers, Yankee cooperates with some colleges in thermal and optical design. The heat dissipation effect and luminous flux are improved 20% and 30% respectively. We can make maximum 1000mm diameter and 50mm thickness spinning reflector. Yankee has own mould processing and maintence centre in order to ensure the stable quality of product and best delivery. Currently Yankee has 500 sets of punching dies and 400 sets of spinning dies.

As an ISO 9001 Certified manufacturer, Yankee strictly carries out ISO-9001 international quality system certification. In order to keep high quality always, Yankee starts from raw material and use 1070-0 aluminum plate with 99.7% purity. Yankee pays attention to every production progress, especially for punching accuracy, CNC spinning and surface treatment with rough polishing, fine polishing, fully polishing and anodizing. The finished reflector is with very low potion residue level which can reach to food grade. The reject ration is within two parts per thousand.

Yankee spent a lot of money on environment protection in anodizing, CNC spinning and other workshops. Yankee has passed the local EPA's audit.
