Hallo Dear Mrs/Madams I am having a serious doubts that i have been cheated by one of your Goldkey Members.About a month ago i ordered and paid via Western Union (receipt available ) a mobile phone HTC HD 2,for the price of 400 USD (just a notify-that sum is nearly 2,5 monthly wages in Bulgaria).So far,i did not received anything,many times i have tried to contact the company (Techarea),the company site (techarea.com.cn) and still no answer. After that while my client here in Germany can not wait more I made another order instead a Phone Mobile Q11 for 165,- $, with the hope that they can keep the diff. for quickly Posting. The Answer came after 2 days they have to wait for importing the mobile, which until Today did not happens. Finally when I call them or email them there is no response from them, if they pick up the phone in the middle of the conversation they disconnect my call, and then they never pick up the phone again. I would like to know what I can do. Is there any legal way for me to ask them to compensate me for the losses and give me my goods which I paid for? I do not have any contacts inside china to go and enquire for me, if you guys here in this forum can help me in solving the problem I will be grateful, if any of you need any more information regarding this cheating plz. This man is a con man. He does not sell iPods. He has supplied me with a non-existent ems tracking number and does not reply to my emails. When I ring he hangs up the phone. Delete him as a member!
