After that while my client here in Germany can not wait more I made another order instead a Phone Mobile Q11 for 165,- $, with the hope that they can keep the diff. for quickly Posting. The Answer came after 2 days they have to wait for importing the mobile, which until Today did not happens. Finally when I call them or email them there is no response from them, if they pick up the phone in the middle of the conversation they disconnect my call, and then they never pick up the phone again. I would like to know what I can do. Is there any legal way for me to ask them to compensate me for the losses and give me my goods which I paid for? I do not have any contacts inside china to go and enquire for me, if you guys here in this forum can help me in solving the problem I will be grateful, if any of you need any more information regarding this cheating plz. I order an Apple i Phone and never receive it. First they told me it was lost by EMS without offering an tracking ID. Then i receive a wrong Trackin Number (EE014744600CN) above a parcel that was shipp to spain,

i bought an apple iphone and i received a ipod shuffle. the name of the person i dealt with was lampard. it took about a month to receive the product that i did not ask for. i paid western union $150 us dollars.

He was very friendly and helpful. I decided to make a purchase of an iPhone from him so he gave me the following payment details. Name: Jiahua Zhi Country: China City: Putian Product: iPhone http://first-reputation.ecvv.com/products/1893073.html Total: 217USD (Please see file attached) I made payment quickly and on time on 29.05.09 - just like I said i would. He told me he would post the package within 24hrs of receiving paymment. I have to say, ever since I made payment the customer service from Mr. Lampard has not been very good at all. He does not respond to my emails, MSN or Phone calls. When he finally did get back to me, he told me that one of his employees had stolen my money and that I would not be recieving my goods. I reported him to Trade Key and a week later he told me that he had sent the item. I have contacted customs and nothing has been received. Mr. Lampard Zhu is dishonest and rude. DO NOT TRUST HIM AND DEFINITELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. Here is a copy of a MSN conversation I had with him only a few minutes ago. This is the kind of customer service you can expect.
