Response for Fraud - Refusal to send product after payment

We sent via bank tansfer 800.00 USD September 10th at which time they refused it and again on Tuesday the 14th I believe and they accepted it. Since that time they have ceased all communication and do not answer at any of the numbers they provided to us or the Tradekey site.
We demand our product or our monies returned immediately.
