China Star Imp. & Exp. Corp. has been established and started its operation in 1993. Being an independent economic entity with the status of a legal person, it is a state-owned comprehensive trading corporation under China Silk Corp.Its business scope is as follows:

1. Export of grey silk fabrics, printed and dyed fabrics, silk garments and other finished silk products.

2. Counter trade, barter trade, entrepot trade, undertaking of Sino - foreÃ‚Â¬ign joint ventures, joint production, compensation trade and assembly and process of the supplied parts and samples by foreign partners.

3. Import and export of various kinds of commodities in a direct way or on an agency basis within the business scope as approved by the State.
