I ordered alot of jerseys from this supplier and have only received one box of murchandise. It has taken way to long to get my jerseys. I sent them $1200.00 and have only got 21 of the 50 jerseys I ordered. The owner steven is not returning my emails and hasnt offered to refund me for the jerseys I havent received. He also sent me jerseys that I didnt order. So he really owes me 32 jerseys or $768.00 . He has not tryed to contact me to resolve this issue and I am getting ready to contact the local police in china to handle this matter.

Contact: Steven Gao Shipping Time: 1 week The quality of the products that I recieved from Steven Gao are terrible. I notified him by email on the day that the order arrived that I was extremely unhappy with this shipment. In the entire order, 1 jersey was as promised. I also only recieved 12 of a 13 items ordered. 10 of the 12 jerseys were not only the wrong sizes, but the quantity of each players jersey was wrong. Additional problems are that the 10jerseys had no tagging, and the backing material used in the name plates was very brittle and made a crackling noise when touched. I notified the seller that the jerseys looked nice, but were very poor quality and could not be sold. With the exception of the tags, Steven has ignored or denied all of the complaints that I have sent his way. He did offer to ship tags to me but diue to shipping expenses. I had to buy 5 more jerseys to recieve them. I showed him the noise from the brittle backing on webcam and he claimed that they don't use paper in their jerseys. Last evening I sent a picture of a jersey that I had recieved without a Super Bowl Patch, and he said that they all had patches. Due to his refusal to acknowledge my complaints over the last 2 days, I am taking legal action against Steven Gao and I strongly suggest that he be removed from your site for fraud.
