WE PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM MANY WEEKS AGO. 1) THEY TOLD US OUR ORDER STOPPED CHINESE CUSTOMS 2) WE PAID FOR THE ABOVE ORDER, AND NOW THEY WANT US TO RE ORDER . 3) WE RE ORDERED - AND STOCK NOT AVAILABLE. 4) WE ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK... THEY WILL NOT 5) WE HAVE CHANGED THE ORIGINAL ORDER ABOUT 3 OR 4 TIMES... AND AGAIN THEY CANNOT SUPPLY. 6) THEY INFORMED US THAT WE 'CHANGED OUR ORDER', WHEN ITS THEIR OFFICE THAT CANNOT SUPPLY. ITS BEEN WEEKS AND LAST WEEK WE SENT THEM NEW ORDER. TODAY ANOTHER EMAIL THEY CANNOT SUPPLY. WHAT WE ORIGINALLY ORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE, WE HAVE TRIED SO MANY TIMES, BUT THEY WANT TO SELL US WHAT THEY WANT.... WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. The person we deal with is RESA. transaction is still not completed. We ordered in March I have tried to add the supporting documents but it will not allow me to do so.
