Rebars:

The steel factory uses the casting technology to mould scrap into Rebars through the following phases:


Analysis of all chemical elements of scrap.
charging of scrap in eleto liquid snd casting it in teel a Constant charging of scrap.
Moulding scrap into liquid then adding complementing chemical elements to produce billet.
Rolling billets and turning it into Rebars in a direct production process.

Wire Rods

Hot rolled wire rods are used to produce concrete Reinforcing with diameters ranging from 5.5 mm to 12 mm according to the Egyptian standard (ES262/2009) grade B240B-P
We have the capabilities to produce AISI (1006-1008-1010) with diameters ranging from 5.5 to 12 mm.
Low carbon products are used in cold drawing processes and making wires, nails and nets
