We are CTC Trading based in Amman , Jordan. We are member of Tradekey.com since June, 2008. Our business is related to Transportation industry and we specifically deal in Crude Oil, Aircraft, Airbus, Boeing, A320. Please find our product details below:

we currently have D2 available at 810/800 ……we can sell any amount under 5.9 million MT x 12 months as that is our maximum availability.

Here is the contract verbiage for your buyer's ***** with "non operative payment instrument" are as follows:

1- Buyer accepts draft contract verbiage.
2- Buyer and Seller sign NCND
3- Buyer sends ICPO addressed to Seller's name.
4- Seller sends FCO and contract / IMFPA are signed.
5- Buyer sends "non operative RDLC" to seller's bank. (HSBC)
6- Seller sends POP as well as 2% PB to activate RDLC
7- Shipments start as per contract.

In case Buyer is not willing to send "non operative RDLC", Seller is ready to accept BCL or RWA from buyer's bank addressed to Seller's bank.

POP will then be sent to Buyer's bank by return (48 to 72 hours after BCL or RWA reception date).

After POP reception to Buyer's bank, Buyer sends non operative RDLC and Seller sends 2% PB to Buyer's bank in order to activate the L/C.
