just to report a fraud. your company match us with a supplier called Van Albert from Alamo trading in south Africa. After paying the money for the require goods including shipping fee ($ US 692.50) on 27 June 2013 He did not replay back and when calling him or sending him an e-mail, he did not replay too. so we are reporting him to your company for defrauding us. This is long term business and Waco 2020 is a registered company in Chad so we do not need one to damage our relationship. Please if you can do something urgent. Best regard

hello ! Is there possible for me to send you the comunications i had with cwc with email ? I can forward all our talk we had by email to you. i could not attach the info here because it was the wrong sort of file . We had good communication from start and he was wery helpfull. I orderd 1000 used tires from him , he asked me if i dont want to have 1800 because that is what they can load in a 20 feet container. I said i only wanted 1000 because i had a order of that from a costumer. he said ok no problem , so he send me the invoice and i did the first payment 2014-04-04 so he could start the sellection of tires and i did the finall payment on the 2014-04-12 as we agreed on the invoice and i recived copys of the packinglist and bill of laiding. he told me the container will leave port on the 13 of april and arriwe on the 1 of may to liberia, i recived trackingnumber so i could track it online. so far no problem . then the 26 of april i get a message from cwc and mr Jones that the container had been delayed and offloaded from the ship because it was not fully loaded and caused the ship to be unstable . And they want me to pay 4900 us so they can fix the problem and fill it up with something to make it stable. i will be refunden 3600 when the container arriwes here to liberia but i have to pay the 1300 us to cover the costs for the port. He never informed me that anything like this could happend and i dont understand why the container was not loaded full because its possible to do that if the tires are not put togethere inside eachother and he knows that. How can he hold me resposable for how they pack the container ??? I was sitting in sweden and i could not see how they did it , and they send 80 to 100 containers every moth and he try to tell me he dont know about how it should be done in a propert way ?? either this is a fraud company or this man is not taking any responsabillity at all. I have all aour comunications on mail and on skype , i can forward all the info to you on mail if you give me an mailadress. and i can also copy the comunications on skype and send it on mail also . i tryed to do it here but it was not possible.
