Critique for Fraud and theft and scammers

Contacted DA HANG several weeks ago and spoke to a Mr. Allen Chen. We were interested in the WII and the WII FIT Games. After several weeks of getting information we decided to make the purchase. We were promised after our money was wired that we would receive a tracking number within 24 hours and shipment would be made the following 24 hours. We made the wire transfer last Thursday (7-24-2008). We also asked, as we forgot, what his company name was. Mr. Chen stated the company name was RuiZhi Trade Co., Ltd. We wired the funds ($1300), and have not heard from them since! We also found out that he is not from RuiZhi Trade Company, nor had any connection with them. That was also a lie. We have not seen a tracking number and he does not answer our emails. This is a pure case of fraud and deception and they also involved the good people at RuiZhi in this mess also. We spoke with RuiZhi and they state (Betty) that they are not connected with the people at all and they are embezzelars! I am out $1300 now because of this and did not even see one WII CONSOLE or WII FIT program. We are outraged by this! Thank you!

Said would sell wii fit board then blamed the non-sending on flooding and has since been uncontactable. Bad seller beware!

Review for fraud

I was dealing with chen philip he promised to shipp my product within 6 hours after receiving the payment which he did receive it on 05/05/2008.then after many requsts 3 days later he send me a tracking number that turn to be invalid by EMS .till today 05/14/2008 I don\'t have any valid informations about my shipment.starting to wonder what type of company I am dealing with.
