these people are absolute fraud. Myfirst order with them was one 46" Sony TV and two 52" sony tvs, they sent me one tracking number by EMS. My bad luck was that shipment was stuck with Canada Customs for around 20 days or so. So finally I decided to put another order thru to them and this time I order 11 TVs in which I had seven 52" sony TVs, two 37" LG Tvs, one 46" Toshiba, and one 42" LG Tv. So when the first shipment came in the mean time I had only recieved one 19" LCD monitor. I called them and they said that the courier has made a mistake, which is just bullshit. On the courier sheet it says my address but they said that they will fix the problem. So later on they gave me 11 tracking numbers each for one set of TV in order line. Its been two weeks with those tracking numbers and none of the numbers is active on EMS website. So basically now the last email from them says that the tvs are in long investigations by customs and it will be very long time before they will be released. They are not answering their phones.
