He lied to me and will not return my money.

DaZeng Trading company contacted me after I sent an email to another TradeKey trader when I enquired about a product they had. Because DaZeng contacted me regarding the item, I believed it was the company I had actually sent the email to. The person I conversed with stated their name was Ivy He, the sales manager, as per the email, but later conversed with a person named as JI HUA XU Address: 10 GOA XIN ZHONG 2 ROAD SCIENCE AREA City/Town: CHAOZHOU State/Province/Region: GUANGDONG Post Code: 510000 Country: CHINA and gave a company website as: www.hotelectronicgoods.com which does link to an electrical trader. This person sent an invoice for the product with a MOQ as 1 item. After payment was made I received an email some time later that day to say that there was a mistake made and the minimum number of items I had to buy was now 2. I contacted Western Unioun to cancel the transaction only to discover the funds had already been collected. The offender failed to return the funds and demanded more money if I was to get any products from him. I said I would not and he stated his company now has the money and I will not be getting it back. I realised that a fraud had taken place. The concern also is how did that company gain access to the original email sent to Shaoxing Mingjin Import, are they somehow affiliated in fraudulent dealings with DaZeng Trading? That is a matter to investigate. They actually contacted me after all these things had transpired and I thought it a bit suspicious that it took several hours to answer the email when others contacted me within the hour. Also, I could no longer find the item I originally enquired about from them on the TradeKey website.

i had placed an order for 2 items and given the price to pay through western union which I did and the supplier didnt ship no items

Hi, this company asks for prepayment for 2 vacuum robots. After prepayment they don\'t deliver the goods but ask for more many. This is is a trick. Regards C.W.

The seller was very keen to get me to pay and keep in touch so that I made payment, however, as soon as I made payment they have ignored all communications since I sent confirmation of payment. I am extremely concerned by this and would like to lodge a formal complaint before it is too late and would like to know how to get my money back please.

Cheaters are in the company, and after payment has been denied to them ended deal. Fraudsters claim the system is used, and referred me to the error. Text only and are not helpful. Not nice! I do not recommend to anyone!
