Our former companynamedDongguan Jusheng Composite Leather Factory, founded in 1997, mainly engaged inmanufacturing luggage, bag & shoes synthetic leather. We launch to R&D, manufacturing new multi-layers compositeleather of football/soccer , volleyball and basketballin 2007. Since the establishment,we focus to R&D, improving the new composite leathers forfootball and volleyball. Except the normalPU/TPU/PVC leather laminating, we have thermal surface film by PU/TPU/PVC, laser processing,for different colors/decorative pattern..At the same timewe researched one high wear-resisting RB materials,can keep football/soccer more flexible and endurable. All most the employees have experience of 5 years, 5 members of them have rich experience of20 yearsin this field.
Ourcompany has 2 BR foam production lines, 1 the EVA foam production line,4 high-speedcomposite leatherlaminating machines,1 PU / TPU surface film laminating machines and 1PU/TPU surface treatment machine. We also havemore than 10pcs (sets) measurement and testing equipment.Mature technology adopted by us to produce the reliable and qualified products.Our products cover TPU, PU, TPE synthetic leather, mainly in multi-layers composite PU, TPU and PVC leather for football/soccer. All the composite leathers can be laminating PU/TPU/PVC/TPRfilm, embossing/laser different patterns /colors as per customer’s demand.
