Now we already have three breakthrough improvement on noise control, the details are:
1) Intelligent grinding program: Instead of the common brand machine with direct accelerate mode, our machine will gradually accelerate from low speed to the highest speed so as to reduce the discomfort of noise.
2) Reduce vibration: Noise comes from vibration. In order to reduce vibration and noise, we have used cushioning rubber mats at the bottom of the machine.
3) Hanging Motor design: By reducing the contact area between the motor and the machine body to get the result of less vibration and noise.
