Review for bad service

i have tried twice to submit an order with them on their website, but NO ONE ever responds to my orders. I never get an invoice, email, nothing! i tried to email everyone in their sale team to get them to send me an invoice for products ordered but i have yet to receive a response! Bad customer service!!!
