I paid Dress made in China an amount of 800 USD for making my dresses and she said she is busy with them but after a month she never took my calls or answered my texts or email to date. The records of payment show on my South African bank statement. I need to go to the bank to ask for records.

this supplier Miss esther yao took 3 months to make a dress and it was nothing like i ordered NOT THE MATERIAL OR STANDARD PROMISED I CANCELLED THE ORDER! We were preparing to employ the services of this company. The owner, Esther performed very well and we spent over 1 week discussing requirements for our clients. We were advised that we would receive a sample product photographed so that we could tweak and ensure it was done correctly. 2 weeks went past and nothing was received. We contacted Esther only to find out that their excuse is that the fabric market could not supply and that apparently we need to pay before our sample is produced. We were then advised when we complained that they do not wish to deal with us. I wish that Tradekey finds out about their poor dealings of this company and does something about it!
